Winona-Ryder

Winona Laura Horowitz is also known her real name as Winona Ryder is a native of Winona Minnesota. The parents of her daughter named her in honor of her hometown. Her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder is a Jewish. Ryder believes that her father had an ethnically Jewish background. Ryder is the youngest sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder was born in the United States and moved along with her family in Mendocino County California at the age of seven. They didn't even have electricity. Ryder was a voracious reading book because there was no television. When she turned 12 years old, Ryder joined the American Conservatory Theatre to take classes in acting. She landed her debut role on the big screen in 1986 when she was 15 years old. Ryder was bullied at her high school. Her performing career, she thought, would help her. But, unfortunately, that didn't happen. The actress pursued her dreams. Her breakthrough came in 1988 with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder performed in a number of roles that were successful for many films. She was nominated for two Academy Awards one for her role for her performance in The Age of Innocence (1993).
