She starred performing on Broadway for the Broadway musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 and stepped into the sci-fi world in 1993, playing Doctor. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. The big break came after the season ended, in which she was a cast member as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order.
