Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born to a musical family on 9 August 1963, in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel superstar Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. as well as a cousin of the singing sensation Dionne Warwick. In Newark Whitney, she began singing in the church choir as a small child. at the age of 15, she joined her mother in backing vocals in Chaka's smash Im Every Woman from 1978. Then, she performed background vocals for Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson and even her mother. She started as a featured performer for the The New York-based New York Funk band Material. Her vocal quality work attracted attention from major record label Arista who signed her in 1983. Whitney Houston was her debut album. Whitney Houston was released in 1985 and became the biggest-selling album of the debut artist. It featured a number of hits such as How Will I Know You're Good to Me, Saving all My Love For you and The Most Beautiful Love of All. It helped her achieve seven US chart-topping songs in succession and beat the Beatles. Album was sold out in US 3,000,000 copies before it increased to 25 million worldwide. It gave her the first of the six Grammy Awards she has won. Whitney was her first album. Whitney which came out in 1987, and featuring the smash tracks What Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, continued her earlier success. It came with The Bodyguard (1996) that cemented her position as one of the best-selling albums in pop music. While her movie performance as well as its soundtrack weren't appreciated however, the Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You as well as the accompanying album topped charts all over the world for several months. The same year that she gave birth to her daughter Bobbi Brown, she got married to Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. Around this time her use of drugs became well documented and she started using it daily by 1996.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman and political reporter for CNN. Her weekend programs are Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. When it comes to awards and honors Bash was once placed in Women in Washington Power List which was published by Elle magazine. A lot of young journalists praise her for having incredible reporting/anchoring abilities. The George Washington University grad is the most loving mom to her single child. The single woman has been married two times. Bash is a fan of all her followers.
